At a clinic in NJ lacrosse last month Drew Westervelt provided me with OdorBalance to test out. My son, a 7th grade lacrosse player who plays on 2 teams and plays multiple times a week had not emptied his lacrosse bad since before the summer travel season. The contents of the equipment bag reeked. What I emptied from the equipment bag into the laundry included: shoulder pads, elbow pads, 2 or 3 jock straps, at least a half dozen shooter shirts and shorts, reversible pinneys and a couple of sweatshirts. These were stench saturated items that were on the cusp of being thrown away.
I filled the washing machine with water and poured about half of the bottle of the OdorBalance Offense & Defense. When the items emerged from the washing machine, not only were they clean in appearance, but they had absolutely no odor. While the clothes and pads had no flowery flagrance, they simply smelled “clean” and “fresh” with no lingering of the stench from prior to the washing. Very impressive. This stuff is a no-brainer for any athlete. I’m looking forward to trying the remainder of the OdorBalance product line.
